Today Aiva and I were outside working on the garden, and I told Aiva that if she wanted to get in the dirt, she had to go inside and get her shoes.
"No, Mommy. You go inside and get them for me."
So I said, "Aiva, you go get them. I'm your mommy, not your servant."
Aiva thought very hard, and then said, "Yeah, you're daddy's servant!"
What the???? I promise, if you asked Mike, he'd say that I am definitely NOT his servant! Where do kids get this stuff???

Hahhhaaa!!! That is hilarious! I'm sure Mike would say that you aren't his servant...he probably thinks he is last on the list (I think most husbands think that) but it's really the mom that is last on the list. Aiva is hilarious!
